You are able to return your purchase if for any reason you're not completely happy with it. You must inform us of your intent to return an item, with the reasoning, within 14 working days of receiving it.
Returned items will be checked at our warehouse within 7 days of receipt, and your refund will then be processed as soon as possible, although this may take up to a week to process and clear. We will send you an email to let you know that your return has been received at our warehouse and another to confirm that the refund has been processed.
Please make sure you retain proof of postage when you send your return back to us, to cover you if the item goes missing before it reaches our warehouse. Faulty goods are fully refundable, inclusive of delivery, return and other extra costs.
Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable. However, if you are returning an item for exchange you are not required to pay for standard delivery on the outgoing parcel.
All other returns/reorders will be charged the standard or priority delivery rate based on your delivery preference.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?
We aim to process your refund within 24 hours of receiving the good, however it can take up to 30 days to receive the refund via the original payment method.
Once you’ve cancelled the contract, you have a legal “duty of care” to keep the items in a good condition and return them at your expense. We are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss of revenue in the value of goods supplied which may be 100%, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations 2014, we will refund you the full amount paid for the goods including the basic delivery charge within 14 days of receipt of the notice of cancellation.
